With a team of 3 power athletes you commit yourself to an intensive strength training program. You and 2 others train 1-on-1 with personal trainer and ex-professional basketball player Max van Schaik. The program focusses on building muscle mass and strength. Together you work on your weightlifting skills and hypertrophy.
The program starts with a team meeting. This meeting is all about connection and setting yourself up for success. How? By measuring body composition, taking pictures and testing your fitness level in 3 lifts: the Squat, Bench Press and Deadlift. During the process you stay in contact with your team through the Whatsapp group.
